I have always loved old Hollywood glamour. The actresses look so coifed and beautiful. It was a era when time was taken to dress up, style your hair, put on that beautiful dress and be photographed! Women of all ages love the results of a glamorous photo session. I decided to shoot this one of the same 2 models that I shot recently in a BoHo session just to see the contrast! I love the results. I shot on location and brought a tulle explosion with me along with some very beautiful vintage dresses. Gasp! They looked stunning. I think if those dresses could talk, they would say a big “Thank You for making us look gorgeous again!” Here are the dresses…
These dresses…I am just in love. Moving on 🙂 As soon as we arrived on location, I had a request from the model’s mom. She was holding up a beautiful simple black cocktail dress, “My Dad would be forever grateful if you could photograph one of the girls in their grandmother’s dress.” My heart just about stopped. What a memory for everyone. (Do I mention how much I love being a photographer?) Here is it. This one is for you, Papou.
